We are committed to providing 24/7 access to medical advice for your sick child. When our office is closed, simply call the office where your child is regularly seen, our answering service will take a message, and a nurse will call you back. This service is meant for Urgent Questions that cannot wait until the morning. Save routine questions (appointments, prescription refill requests, etc) for our regular business hours.
Unless there is a true emergency
, we urge you to contact us before heading to the ER or Urgent Care facilities. Many times we can provide the most appropriate care in your medical home. If we are unable to do so, we can assist you in determining the best place for you to receive care.
If you have non-urgent questions
(that can wait until our offices open again) you can ask them using our patient portal any time. Questions sent through our patient portal
will be answered Monday through Friday during normal office hours.
